Little Tigers Learning Center is a state licensed, family owned group childcare center which is committed to a secure and fun learning environment for every child at each stage of their development. We take pride in offering a clean atmosphere with an open-door policy to encourage you to stop by anytime to visit your child or check out our facility. Our convenient hours allow us to be open early at 5:45 am and open till 6:30pm, to help meet the needs of working families or single parents.

Little Tigers Learning Center was founded in 2014 by Meaghan Oates, Tad Oates and Karolee Oates Wolfe. Little Tigers opened in 2015 after a 6 month renovation process, the owners Meaghan & Tad Oates and Karolee Oates-Wolfe along with Director Sarah Simpson worked side by side with our state licensing representatives and contractors to develop a secure and fun learning environment for all children at each stage of their development. Meet our Owners
Tad is a Glen Rose native, after graduating from GRHS he went onto graduate from Tarleton State University with a bachelors degree in Horticulture and Landscape Management. He and Meaghan met here in Glen Rose at Chachi’s Restaurant in 2008. After getting married in 2012 they moved to Tad’s hometown to raise their family.
Meaghan Oates is from Arlington TX and also graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Family Consumer Science concentration in Family Studies and Child Development with a minor in Psychology. After getting married she and Tad moved to his hometown of Glen Rose. Since moving here they have had 2 beautiful children and created Little Tigers Learning Center along with Tad’s mother, Karolee Oates-Wolfe.
Karolee Oates-Wolfe has dedicated her career to serving Glen Rose. Karolee served for 30 years on the sheriff’s department along with serving two terms as Somervell County Constable. Karolee is enjoying her retirement and spending time with her two grandchildren, Alice and Moxon.
